The Who Behind The Business

I spent years as a business owner myself — including owning and operating an insurance agency.

From the outside, everything looked good — commissions coming in, clients happy, team growing.

But behind the scenes, I never felt fully confident about the numbers.

Cash flow felt unpredictable. Taxes were always a surprise. And major decisions carried far more stress than they should have.

What frustrated me most was this: I had a CPA. I had bookkeeping.

But no one was helping me understand what the numbers actually meant — or how to use them to run the business with confidence.

That experience changed how I see financial support.

Today, I help service-based business owners get clear, trustworthy financials so they can make decisions confidently, pay themselves predictably, and build businesses that are stable, valuable, and prepared for the future.
